Levitra and Vardenafil Cost in 2026: Brand vs Generic, Pharmacy vs Telehealth
A per-tablet price is the easiest number to publish and the least useful one to compare. The same 20 mg vardenafil tablet can cost $3 or $12 depending on who dispenses it, and the cheapest tablet can still lose once the consultation fee and minimum order are added. This page lays out the published prices, then shows how to turn them into a first-order total you can actually compare.
There is no brand Levitra price any more
Bayer discontinued Levitra tablets between 2019 and 2021 and FDA confirmed in 2023 that the withdrawal was not a safety issue. Any current “Levitra price” you see online is therefore either a generic vardenafil price wearing the old name, or an unlicensed seller. Compare generic to generic.

Turn a per-tablet price into a first-order total
Arithmetic example only, using invented fees: suppose service A charges $3 per tablet plus a $39 consultation and ships eight tablets minimum; service B charges $12 per tablet with no consultation because you already hold a prescription. Eight tablets at A cost $24 + $39 = $63, or $7.88 per tablet supplied. Eight tablets at B cost $96, or $12 per tablet. A is cheaper on the first order, and cheaper again on refills if no second consultation is charged. Change the consultation fee to $99 and the first-order gap closes to $123 vs $96. The point is that the headline price does not decide it; the consultation fee and refill policy do.
- Ask for the complete first-order total: visit + medication + shipping.
- Ask whether refills need another paid visit and, if so, how often.
- For subscriptions, write down the renewal price and the cancellation deadline, not the promotional price.
- Check that the quoted product is the format on your prescription (tablet vs ODT vs chewable) before comparing anything.
Insurance and discount cards
Sesame's own page notes that many insurance plans do not fully cover ED medication. Where a plan does, a prescription filled at a retail pharmacy is the only route that lets insurance apply; mail-order telehealth pharmacies are cash-pay. A pharmacy discount card can also apply to a retail fill. Those routes trade a possibly lower tablet price for a separate visit fee and a trip to the pharmacy.

A price that is too low is a warning, not a bargain
FDA's online-pharmacy guidance lists prices dramatically below every legitimate source among the signs of a rogue pharmacy, alongside no prescription requirement and no licensed pharmacist. The lowest legitimate published tablet price we found was $3 from a service that still requires a video visit; a site undercutting that with no prescription is not selling approved vardenafil.
